Dianne is an asset to the Southern Region, her club, her church and her community. We need to celebrate those who have the courage to help others during this difficult time and Dianne is doing that on a daily basis. I am honored to nominate Dianne Jackson as our Southern Region member of the quarter.

When this COVID virus started, I stayed home like most people but realized that the community and our schools still had a need. I am part of the AV Ministry at my church and responsible along with other members for our church’s Facebook live!

I volunteer every Thursday at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church Food Distribution, Palm Bay, FL. We wear our mask and gloves as the clients pull up in their vehicles with their trunks open or back seats for us to put their food. I have witnessed some crying, others saying thank you, I lost my job, I am using up my savings and do not have food for my family. I just want to load their vehicles up.

Flyers were passed out from our local schools on how to get parents involved, how to feed our children that are homeless and hungry, so I take dry foods, canned foods and back packs for the students to take their food home. I have a car full of food now to take to the schools which will be the 2nd time this week.

Today, March 18, 2021 is the last day for our Food Distribution at my church and my heart is sad already. I will find somewhere else to volunteer or some adults to help, that’s what I do.

Bennie and I volunteered to make 500 calls to get Seniors in the area of our church vaccinated and the total amount the day of service was 578 adults that received the Madera Vaccine.

Robin has worked with our Club to organize and implement a level of communication that is  informative, clear, concise, accurate, up-to-date, easy to access, as well as enabling us to recruit potential members.  His work has essentially put the Georgia Easy Riders RV Club on the Atlanta area RV map!

Since the website has been established, we have had ten inquiries regarding our Club.  Some inquiries are NAARVA members moving to the Atlanta area as well as new to RVing potential members who have attended our recent outing.  With his skills as our Webmaster, he has enabled us to reach out and recruit new members via our website and he ensures that I am kept abreast of all inquiries, in turn I am able to reach the interested parties immediately. Robin has assisted without reservation, offering suggestions that are plausible and he is able to articulate a plan and execute the plan with ease.  He is an asset and an awesome contributor to our Club's success and I am honored to nominate Robin as our member of the quarter.
